I have elbow pain. What activities to avoid with elbow pain?

There are elbow exercises and movements to do to help avoid pain. Also, if the elbow joint has painful and reduced motion, there are specific elbow adjustments that a chiropractor can perform to improve the joint mobility (range of motion) and function, thus, reducing pain in the elbow.
