I will have a colon biopsy. What anesthesia is best for colon biopsy?

If this is a colonoscopy procedure, you will undergo sedation. If this is a surgical biopsy more than likely you will have general anesthesia.
Sedation
Conscious sedation.
I assume you are having a colonoscopy for this biopsy. IV sedation is used for most colonoscopies.
