If it is an allergy then OTC Pataday or Zaditor once a day in the morning usually conrols the itch he whole day, either could be used a second time but usually is not necessary
Pataday usually works well, is available OTC and is quite safe.
Depends on the diagnosis. A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed.
