Make sure you have a fluoridated water supply, and that she brushes after eating sweets. Even at that age, she should be seeing a Pedodontist (child dentist) once a year. Although they are baby teeth, she needs them to stay in place to avoid a bad eruption problem of her adult teeth.
Though there can be many indications for dental problems with a young child, sensitivity of the teeth, bleeding gum tissue. malposition of teeth, and lack of development are the most common problems. A visit with a children's dentist around age three is a good idea.
