Probiotics, Imodium, as well as other over the counter meds. Go to the pharmacy, the pharmacist can direct you. Be careful and hydrate. Take Gatorade which good to replenish the electrolytes lost. Thank you.
As always, you should see your PCP and if you don’t have one, get one. I wonder if you have irritable bowel? IBS can have either diarrhea or constipation or both. Also, ovarian problems can cause similar symptoms. Keeping bowel movements regular and taking probiotics and eating Activia everyday can help. But you need to be examined and tested.

It depends on the etiology. Bloating is often from the bodies inability to breakdown different foods. It could be too much fiber or dairy or gluten. Each person is different. There are antispasmodic medications such as dicyclomine and hyoscyamine that help with bloating if a patient has diarrhea. The first step is trying to make sure that you get an evaluation to try to find a diagnosis. Weight loss and fever and bloody stools are red flags and need to be evaluated right away. There are many things in this differential diagnosis from IBS, food sensitivities, infection, celiac and many more. Lactaid works if it is due to dairy. Beano is safe as a trial. There is not great data that probiotics would help you in situation but are likely safe to try.
For bloating and diarrhea, there are ways to treat the symptoms, but finding the cause is more important. Keep a food diary and try to find out your triggers. A fiber supplement or metamucil can add substance to your stool. Immodium is a good over the counter med for as needed. Anything else more complicated, I would recommend you see your primary care dr. Trying to set a routine bowel movement schedule may help as well. Lastly, for difficult bowel movement, elevating your legs 2-6 inches up with a "poop stool" will also prevent straining during a bowel movement.
Best of luck!

I would advise to seek medical attention to find out why are you having bloating and diarrhea. As for the relief of symptoms, simethicone works for bloating and imodium works for diarrhea.
Need more information about your symptoms. Bloating is usually caused by carbohydrate malabsorption, but there are many many possible reasons to get diarrhea, so unless a diagnosis is made, it's not possible to advise on how to stop diarrhea. A low FODMAP diet will help bloating. For a healthy person, diarrhea is often from irritable bowel syndrome so treatment for IBS might be sought. Diarrhea that also results in weight loss, anemia or blood in the stool needs to be evaluated by a doctor.
