I have a back disc hernia. What can you not do with a back disc hernia?

Depending on the severity of the herniation of the disc, chiropractic can be a very good option as a non-invasive method to treat this type of discomfort.
Do not put excessive weight on your body such as dead lift squats, carrying a case of water, and any activities that require heavy lifting.
Anything that increases intraspinal pressure is not good for herniated discs. So exercises like leg lifts should be avoided. Heavy lifting and proper spinal mechanics need to be practiced.
