OB-GYN (Obstetrician-Gynecologist) Questions OB-GYN

What could I have?

So I've noticed my underwear is yellow. I don't know if it's coming from my vagina or my urine hole. It does itch but no fever so I don't know what it could be I have an odor coming from the vagina and leakage. It seems to be going away but I have some pressure on my lower abdomen like where cramps happen but can't tell what it is. I've been on Norithindrone for 3 months so maybe it's that or because I'm very sexually active.

Female | 23 years old
Complaint duration: 2 weeks
Medications: Norithindrone

It sounds like an infection, you will need to get tested by a doctor.
You need to be seen for a culture. It might be bacterial vaginosis, also called gardnerella, but you need to be seen for evaluation.
Most women have a natural discharge which does not have an odor, is generally not itchy. Sometimes it can look yellow on the underwear. If you want to see if is coming from the vagina or bladder, place a tampon in the vagina. Urine leakage will smell like urine. If your problem continues you should schedule to see a health care provider.
This warrants an in-person evaluation by a gynecologist to be checked. This is not direct medical advice.
Go see your gynecologist
You could have a vaginal infection or an over growth of bacteria of the vagina. You should see your gynecologist and get an exam done.
You need screened for STD asap to protect you.
Hello,

You could possibly have a urine infection. If you are not sure where it is coming from then make an appointment with your ObGyn to get evaluated. It is common while being on birth control or hormonal medicine to produce a discharge.

It sounds like there may be a vaginal infection or possibly a urinary infection. I would go in to get tested by your obgyn.
