If your problem continues you should schedule to see a health care provider.

You should take a home pregnancy test if you have had unprotected sexual activity.

4 hours late on the pill should not affect its ability to cover you for birth control. If you miss one day you should double up on the next.

Does the pap smear break my hymen?
Generally you do not need a pap until you are sexually active. A gentle speculum exam can be done without breaking the hymen. I don't think you should worry.
A woman's personal health question?
