Frequent headaches and their possible causes can be a million things it really depends on your total holistic health up to this point. Levels of stress and anxiety are things to ponder. Are you getting enough water and sleep? Is your nutrition in balance with your diet, are you working too much and not resting enough? Remember rest and sleep are different activities. Try to track when your headaches start and stop, note the activities when they do start presenting. Are you able to exercise, stretching exercises specifically neck rotations? Are these exercises causing your headaches to present or do they help ease them away? These are all basic possible causes of things needing balance; if you make changes and do not see any results in their frequency or intensity, I would get a full check up or possibly even an over-haul with your primary care doctor or local health professionals to be sure that these frequent headaches are not stemming from something more serious. Best of luck.
Headaches can be caused by so many things. It could be Stress, elevated blood pressure, emotional, decreased oxygen, sleep apnea if you’re waking up with headaches, imbalanced, electrolytes, tension headaches, I would start with getting a complete lab work up with your PCP and then follow up for the lab review. Then move on from there to narrow down the Cause
