“What could be the reason for anal bleeding?”
The past two days, I noticed blood whenever I passed motions. However, now it seems to have settled down. What could be the reason for this? Should I still show it to the doctor?

It could be nothing more serious than hemorrhoids, but before telling you not to worry about it, a more serious problem must be ruled out by performing a colonoscopy.
Recital bleeding can be caused by a variety of things. Depending on age and color and quantity. Superficial rectal bleeding associated with constipation is usually related to hemorrhoids or fissures usually painful. That usually resolves with high fiber and OTC hemorrhoid cream. Any rectal bleeding above age of 50 or family history of colorectal cancer should be investigated with a colonoscopy.
It is most likely hemorrhoids. Evaluation is recommended by a GI doctor. Have to make sure that you are not anemic. You may need a colonoscopy to make sure there is nothing else bleeding.
Hemorrhoids or an anal fissure or a rectal polyp are some of the more common problems. If it persists see ur doctor
