Exercises that are good for scoliosis depend on the severity and location of the curvature, age, physical ability, and overall health. In general, exercises that focus on strengthening back, abdomen, and pelvis muscles can help improve posture and reduce curvature. These may include spinal stretches, core strengthening exercises like planks and abdominal crunches, yoga or Pilates, resistance training using weights or resistance bands, and low-impact aerobic exercises like cycling, swimming, or walking. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
Scoliosis can be helped with both back stretching and strengthening. Stretching exercises include lying on your back, bringing one or both knees to your chest and using hands to hold them there for 10 seconds. Strengthening exercises include doing planks, crunches. Also aerobic exercise like walling, cycling low impact aerobics is good overall for pain. Please see your health care provider as I have not examined you and there may be things I have missed not having the opportunity to see and examine you in person.

Absolutely not! Scoliosis is derived from soft tissue injury (muscle/fascia strain). No exercises of any kind (stretching, strengthening) should be applied to the injured muscles, because scoliosis will worsen. The injury must be released first but only by self-healing via light touch, nothing else works.
Core and lumbar strengthening. I would consider getting evaluated by a PT first
See a physio experienced in scoliosis exercise.A back scoliosis brace is sometimes helpful.Curves over 40 degrees might warrant a surgical consideration.
