What exercises to avoid with a bunion?

I have a bunion. What exercises to avoid with a bunion?

Painful bunions can make higher impact activities very difficult. Most people are limited to low impact exercise. Consider surgical correction for a better chance to enjoy higher impact activities again.
Bunions usually occur due to the way that the foot functions. Sometimes shoe gear can accelerate the process. Exercise itself does not usually cause a bunion to develop. It is usually due to the mechanics of how the foot functions. Avoiding titer shoes can be helpful. Jonathan M. Kletz, DPM Texas Foot WorksDallas, Athens and Gun Barrel City Texas214-340-8885
Whatever feels
Uncomfortable
The ones that hurt. Otherwise bunions are genetic and progressive. Until fixed
Exercises with heavy weights and done on one leg should be avoided but its important to understand that bunions progress from Grade 1 to Grade 4 (the worst) just by living life and you can't stop that.
I would suggest discovering the root cause(s) of your bunion and trying to eliminate them would be a better approach before you accept a surgeons knife.
hi, unfortunately, there are no exercises to prevent a bunion. A bunion is a structural deformity of the big toe drifting towards the second toe, and a bump on the side of the big toe joint also develops. a bunion can only be fixed and realign, once realign, then there are ways to prevent it from coming back. if you need more education, please look into my youtube channel.
