“What eye drops do doctors recommend for eye strain?”
I have eye strain and want to fix it. What eye drops do doctors recommend for eye strain?

There are many causes of eye strain and a full checkup is recommended to rule out serious conditions like glaucoma, etc. But a good place to start in a healthy eye would be artificial tears for lubrication such as Refresh, Systane, iVizia, etc. Taking eye rest breaks and doing eye exercises helps too.
Hi, I am sorry but there are no eyedrops that treat eye strain. Sometimes we may recommend an artificial tear because it is soothing to the eye, but it does not relieve eye strain. The only thing that will do that is a pair of glasses correctly prescribed for the distance you work at, with a non glare coating.
Eye strain may be complex. It depends on the cause. Visit your ophthalmologist for specific diagnosis.
