I am a 23 year old female. I want to know what happens if you wear glasses too soon after rhinoplasty?

Nothing.
Glasses are ok to wear with the splint in place, but once that is removed the pressure from the glasses could alter the surgical result as the bones and cartilage are healing. I would wait about 3 weeks.
The biggest concern is that you might change the new shape with the glasses. So, give it time to heal, and then wear your glasses. And then there is using contact lenses. No pressure from the glasses.
