It depends on what is going on with it. You would need to get it checked out first but you can go to a chiropractor for that.
Pressure on nerves in the neck (cervical spine) is the most common cause of radiating arm pain. The lower cervical spinal nerves travel down the arm to the fingers. Try applying ice to the base of the neck when the arm is bothering you. If the ice helps, a chiropractor can help you with your problem.

Chiropractic adjustments restore motion to segments in the spine that are fixed (subluxated). The adjustment removes pressure from the nerves that exit between the vertebrae and relieves nerve pain.
It is really important to determine the underlying cause of your pain before doing any sort of treatment. A competent health care provider will take a good history, perform a thorough examination and make appropriate recommendations. What could cause nerve pain? Muscle pinching on a nerve, a disc herniation in your spine, nutrient deficiency, or other systemic problems. Determining the cause will help guide the treatment. Seek out health from a qualified healthcare professional, like a chiropractor or better yet, a functional diagnostic medicine practitioner.

Nerve pain in the arm can originate from multiple regions so a proper diagnosis from history and examination is required for the advice of relief. We treat cervical disc injuries, thoracic outlet syndrome, ulnar nerve entrapment, and other causes of arm pain.
A few things may help to relieve the nerve pain you are experiencing like Chiropractic care, stretching, exercise etc. In order to know how to relieve the pain we must first know what is causing it and confirm that it is indeed nerve pain. My recommendation would be to visit your local Chiropractor for an exam and X-rays.

Your question opens the door to a lot of possibilities that can be addressed by visiting your local Chiropractor for an examination. Here are a few possibilities and remember this very important life situation: The location of your discomfort and pain does not necessarily
mean that the "cause", the issue that needs to be addressed, is directly located in the area of the pain. For example pain in the arm could be caused by the vertebrae in your neck being out of alignment and putting pressure on the nerves leading to your arm; the same idea could be other areas such as your clavicle, your upper thoracic (upper back) vertebrae, your muscles in the neck, shoulder, or arm, or the bones in your shoulder, elbow, wrist or hand hopefully, you are getting my point. Therefore, again, make a visit with a professional who understands. I recommend your local Chiropractor as we did not even consider other important questions as to the length of time it has been bothering you, your history of any accidents in your life, such as sports injuries, automobile accidents, slips and falls, internal organs or glands sending a signal of pain for help, etc. There is another important consideration that so many people think about.
