First you have to make sure it is not from Helico pylori.
There is no evidence that probiotics help gastritis. Taking probiotics for gastritis makes no sense since the probiotic bacteria cannot survive in the acid milieu of the stomach and thus probiotics have no effect on the stomach.
This is a great question! In the nearly 50 feet of GI track, there are close to 30 trillion bacteria! They form an essential function. It's always best to eat a well-balanced diet that contains essential vitamins, nutrients, and essential minerals.
