First be sure to understand how you became dehydrated. Are you passing a lot of urine because of diabetes? Are you losing fluid though diarrhea? Are you sweating excessively? Remedy any of these. Then be sure you drink a minimum of seven to eight full cups of fluid every day over 12 hours of awake time. Fluid intake must match any ongoing losses and provide at least another eight to ten ounces per day above your daily losses through urine and gastrointestinal tract. Best fluids are non caffeinated and nonalcoholic - juices. Juices are excellent for rehydration. If you're diabetic then choose a low calorie juice such as V8 blend juices. These contain essential minerals. Grape juice, pomegranate juice, mixed juices are the best. Pure water is fine too but mineral replacement is essential. Get Outlook for iOS<https://aka.ms/o0ukef>
