“What is wrong with me?”
I have a distinctive smell that comes from my sweat, blood, stool, and urine. When I eat I can taste the smell. My sister came down with the same thing shortly after I did. We can’t figure out what’s wrong. It is getting to the point it makes me sick and I’m constantly nauseous. I am constantly hungry. I had diarrhea when it first started really bad. But never threw up.

If there is some kind of chemical in the blood that is being excreted in sweat or urine then the work up should begin with a primary care doctor. This kind of problem is not usually a GI issue. It is more likely a metabolic problem so an internal medicine specialist is best suited to begin the medical work up.
