Adult male testicular question?

I recently (3 days ago) woke up from a wet dream I had and had discomfort in my groin region. One of the lymph nodes near my pubescent region was slightly swollen and sore to the touch. And now I’ve noticed that my right testicle doesn’t want to descend all the way down. Also, the sperm cord feels like it’s somewhat “bunched up”. The testicle also doesn’t want to sit in its normal position as I’m used to seeing. It feels like it’s not in its usual position and when it does drop it also turns in just a little bit towards the left testicle. My lower back also seems a little achy too. Almost as if I hadn’t drank a lot of water lately. I don’t feel any lumps in my abdomen but if I were to cross one leg over the other it sometimes is uncomfortable because my sperm cord might get pinched in my pubic bone. Stool color and urine color are normal. Nothing dark, red, or splotchy.

You have a testicular torsion until proven otherwise and you need immediate evaluation. Please head to the ER and have an exam and scrotal ultrasound.
I would recommend that you have an evaluation by a urologist to check for a testicular tumor, hernia or varicocele.
