Arm and Hammer
You can use the regular kind you can get in the baking section at any grocery store. BUT you shouldn't use this on a daily basis, it is much more abrasive than regular toothpaste. If you want to stay away from the usual crest/colgate use an organic or propolis toothpaste.
Do not use baking soda as it is too abrasive.
I don’t use baking soda for my teeth, that is an ancient remedy. Go with ACT or the Listerine just make sure there is no alcohol in your mouthwash because that contributes to dry mouth.
Why do you want to use Baking Soda? The brand doesn't matter.
Arm and Hammer works. So does any other generic baking soda.
There is only one kind of baking soda...Any baking soda is fine. Most common is Arm and Hammer.
