“What not to do while trying to conceive?”
I am a 27 year old female. I want to know what not to do while trying to conceive?

Basically anything that could cause adverse health outcomes; to put it simply, you can refrain from drinking, smoking, illicit drugs, taking medications that can be harmful in pregnancy
Avoid ibuprofen, Advil, Aleve or aspirin for anything. There are certain medications not recommended when somebody is trying to get pregnant. It is best to discuss with your doctor regarding your entire medication regimen prior to getting pregnant.
