“Conception date?”
If the doctor says you’re 6 weeks in 6 days in March 19, 2020 What is the conception date? Could it be February 15, 2020?

It could be depending on your ovulation, generally regular menses. It would generally be 4weeks & 6 days before that time. Usually the sonogram can get you close.

The conception date is generally about 4 weeks prior, or about 2 weeks after your period occurred. If your period is irregular, then it would be about 4 weeks prior to when you were 6 weeks gestation.
