No set acupuncture points in general
I suggest you do light Tai Chi on your body or get a massage. An experienced massage therapist or acupuncturist can help you with this.
There are points all over the body for stress. I encourage you to book a session with your practitioner of choice to get help with relief.
There are many points that can help to relieve stress such as: DU20, PC6, HT7, LR2, LR3, KI6 etc.
Generally, the combination of RN17 and EX-HN3 is what I use to relieve stress. We still need to add points to assist the stress relief base on the diagnosis.
There are several points along the body to help reduce stress. Points are picked after an intake evaluation where acupuncturists ask specific questions about stress and other aspects of your life. From there, needles are places throughout to help relieve stress, both physical and emotional.
There is a point right between the eyes called yang ming. It is used to relieve stress among other points.

LI 4, LV3, Yin Tang, Du 20 but points are not symptom based they are to treat the root cause of the problem which comes from TCM diagnosis. Those points will help most symptoms though :)

Spirit Gate (Shen Men) located on your wrist crease on the little finger side inside your tendon.
Most acupuncture points calm the nervous system, but here are a few favorites for reducing stress and easing anxiety: Du 20, Yin Tang, Ren 17, GB-21, Ht-7, Sp-6, and Lr-3.

In Oriental Medicine, all emotions have a special directionality. The ā€œqiā€ of anxiety and stress is generally concentrated upwards, settling into the mind, shoulders, heart, and chest. Acupressure can help redistribute this energy through the meridians so you can ground again.
It depends upon what the root cause of the stress is. Symptoms are generally not the problem, but the expression of an underlying imbalance. Most symptoms can have three or more underlying syndromes which are potential causes of the manifestation. Differential diagnosis is the basis of this medicine... getting to the underlying cause and correcting the imbalance. Acupuncture is an excellent treatment modality to treat stress related syndromes. Many of my current patients are dealing with stress and anxiety due to the pandemic and subsequent lockdown.
Press on the red dotted single point for stress relief.
There is no individual pressure point to relieve shoulder pain. Acupuncture is a holistic medicine that looks at the whole body, and any individual issue in relation to the whole picture. The pressure points unique to your stress would be different than those for someone else - it would take an appointment with a provider to diagnose you specifically and give you a plan.
The Point located at the third eye works wonders for stress. You may also use P6. Look up location on Google.
In between your eyebrows (the glabella) is one that quiets the mind....
There are several points that can be used to releive stress. I recommend visiting your acupuncturist for guidance on the most acurate points to treat why you have stress.
There are some pressure points on the back of the human body that can be massages to relieve fatigue and stress. 1.5 inches and 3 inches on both sides of the spine, from top to bottom ( first thoracic vertebra to coccyx ), along these four vertical lines, there are some points can relives stress. it is hard to say where it is, you can get an acupuncture book, you can find them.
I don't know of any pressure points that relieve stress. The acupuncture points used are selected in combinations that address what is going on with each individual.
The yin tang or third eye to help release stress.
