Unfortunately, you must wait for the hemorrhage to resolve. Although it may look particularly bad, there is rarely anything serious with this condition. It may get worse before it gets better but almost all such bleeding episodes are resolved completely within 7-10 days
Just capillaries. Let them heal

It sounds like a subconjunctival hemorrhage, a benign condition. No treatment is necessary It will clear up
It's most likely a subconjunctival hemorrhage. If it's small and not undressing in size, then leave it alone. Otherwise see an ophthalmologist.
Correction: Please use "preservative-free artificial tears"

It seems like you have what we medically call a "subconjunctival hemorrhage" or a broken blood vessel in layman terms. Please don't rub your eyes, but instead use any over the counter preservative-free artificial tears at least 4-5 times per day to keep the area moist and your eyes more comfortable. I usually recommend using Refresh Relieva PF. The bloody area where the broken blood vessel occurred will resolve in about a week or so.
If it's just a broken blood vessel, nothing will make it go away. If you don't want it to be seen, wear sunglasses.
If the blood vessel burst because of trauma, you should definitely get checked out by an eye doctor. If it happened spontaneously (usually rubbing your eye without even realizing it, or coughing or vomiting), then it is usually just a cosmetic issue. It’s always a good idea not to rub the eye excessively, but you don’t need to cover it (unless you don’t want people to see that your eye is red).
