“What types of disorders are best treated by CBT?”
My 15 year old daughter wants CBT therapy. I want to know what types of disorders are best treated by CBT?

Depression and anxiety are treated well by CBT. The approach helps the client to become aware of their negative thoughts or fearful assessments of danger and to challenge the thoughts if they don’t make sense.
