Depends on the type of surgery. As a rule of thumb, allow at least two weeks.
if your job description requires bending and lifting, then several weeks of not working is needed. For sedentary work, one can return to work in a week.
Couple weeks.
Depends on the nature of your job. Desk job, one week. Jackhammer, four weeks.
It depends on your comorbidities, but normally 4-12 weeks.
It depends on the amount of labor required for your job. If you work at home on a computer, you could probably starting working again in 3-7 business days. If you do manual labor with lots of lifting/physical activity, you might have to wait 3-4 weeks.
