Why do I have bumps in my vagina?

I noticed that I have bumps inside my vagina. They are uncomfortable to touch but aren't itchy or open wounds, just a little uncomfortable and they are only on the inside. I haven't even been touched by another human in that way.

They may be hormonally related and may be related to the timing of your menstrual cycle. You can monitor them to see if they spontaneously resolve, and if not, you should see your doctor to be evaluated.
The vagina has something called ruggations, which are small folds, throughout the walls. Most likely, this is what you are feeling. If there is no pain, pressure, abnormal bleeding, strange odor or outer blisters, it is likely the normal anatomy. An exam with a gynecologist would be able to confirm that for sure.
