Why do my wrists hurt?

I am a 32 year old male and my wrists hurt all the time. What could be the cause?

Rheumatoid arthritis, or displaced lunate bone. Tight forearm muscles can also refer to the wrist, called arm "trigger points".
Even though you are young, it could be a sign of arthritis. I would see an orthopedic who specializes in upper extremities.

Carpal tunnel
There could be many causes to wrist pain, including injury like lifting something improperly, repetitive activity like typing or mouse use, or something like carpal tunnel syndrome. It's best to have it evaluated by a doctor that can assess the wrist and ask all the pertinent questions necessary to diagnose it.
There are many reasons as to why your wrists might hurt. If you are someone who works on a computer many hours per day, then I would bet you have muscles in the forearms that are too tight.
