“Why does sitting cause back pain?”
I have back pain while sitting. What could be the cause? Should I see a doctor?

Sitting puts 7x more pressure on your spine compared to laying and possibly more if Sitting In a poor position.
It can if you sit for long periods. And sitting can exasperate back pain.
Probably weak muscles.Good idea to get a doctor to confirm.
