“Why doesn’t my smegma go away?”
I just don’t understand. I’ve tried everything, I wash twice a day every day, clean away the urine every time, I don’t understand how I get rid of it. I can’t tell anyone because of the embarrassment and it’s making me feel really self-conscious. I don’t know what to do.

Smegma usually is seen with men who are uncircumcised. If cleaning the penis does not eliminate the smegma, you may need a circumcision.
Smegma is nothing more than dandruff. The skin sloughs and you are getting that stuck under the foreskin. If it is becoming that much of an issue on a daily basis, you would benefit from a circumcision.
