I am a 24 year old woman suffering from Jones fracture. I have a radiating pain in the middle part of my foot due to the fracture. What is the course of treatment to handle this pain and fracture?

Simply allow the bone to heal. Invest in a walking boot for a minimum of 2 weeks. Up to 4 weeks.
You need to wear a non-weight bearing cast over the injured foot for 8 weeks until the break heals most cases it heals on its own. You need to put less pressure on your foot and use ice for 15 min 3 times a day in order to treat your pain. Most people need 3 to 4 months to recover from a Jones fracture.
I would consult with an orthopedic medical doctor or podiatrist regarding the healing of the fracture and ask them when you will be ready to start physical therapy. Then consult a physical therapist such as myself for an exam to develop a plan of care to finish remodeling the bone matrix, get your motion and strength back, and make sure your gait/running form is restored to normal. Hope that helps!
Thank you for reaching out concerning your Jones fracture. The first step to healing is to give the fracture the right environment to heal. This includes staying off of the foot. How long you will be non-weight bearing will depend on the severity of the fracture and how quickly your body heals. If the fracture is displaced you may require surgery in order to re-align. Physical therapy will be beneficial for returning to activity, but there are a couple of things you will want to do before proceeding with physical therapy.  You will want to see an orthopedic surgeon or a podiatrist in order to get some x-rays and determine the severity of the fracture and where your bone is in the healing process. They will also be able to prescribe a boot and any assistive device if needed. If you have already received x-rays and spoken to the above practitioner/s we can get you scheduled for an evaluation.
You have to wear either cast or ankle boot, and be careful about weight bearing, until it will heal and then you should go for ROM exercises an strengthening. Weight bearing will be according to the healing confirmed with orthopedic and x ray.
See your doctor first for any casting that might be necessary to allow the bone to heal. If it's healed, then most outpatient rehab facilities should be able to help you with the typical pain relief modalities and exercises.
It depends on exact location of the Jones fracture but generally progressive weight bearing beginning with non-weight bearing activities. This will be monitored by your physician as well as your therapist.
