Can a broken tooth crown be fixed?

I am a 26 year old male and I broke my tooth crown. Can a broken tooth crown be fixed?

Sort of.
It depends. Sometimes it can be.
Sometimes depending on how it broke, but not usually.
That can only be determined by a dentist examining the crown. However, in most cases, the answer is no and the crown will need to be replaced. https://video.prosites.com/vod/mediamed/CROWN.mp4

Not really, it can be smoothed, but it will need to be replaced
Generally, no. There are some cases where you can leave it broken. Any fix that is more than temporary involves replacement.
Some will say yes, but really it is best to replace it.

Sometimes a crown can be fixed, sometimes it needs to be remade. If you are talking about a broken natural tooth crown, then definitely yes.

Yes, it can be fixed.
Is it a broken tooth or a broken crown? The answer is yes to both as long as it is not broken in half or to far below the gum line. The bottom line is you need to get it evaluated to see if it is savable. Visit your dentist as soon as possible to ensure the problem does not get any worse.
