“Can ambulances cause hearing loss?”
I am a 30 year old male. I wonder if ambulances cause hearing loss?

Hearing loss can be caused by any noise that is loud enough and that you are exposed to long enough. In most cases, although ambulances are loud, the exposure time is a matter of seconds, so it is unlikely that it would cause hearing loss. Having said that, I always plug my ears when an ambulances drives by because it's loud enough to me that it's uncomfortable.
