Can back pain be a symptom of covid-19?

I am a 39 year old male. I started having lower back pain 3 days ago. Can back pain be a symptom of covid-19?

That’s not generally a symptom unless higher up and related to lung issues.
At this point, COVID-19 has not been confirmed to cause isolated low back pain.
Not that we know of.

Aching pain can be one of the covid-19 symptoms. However, the patient usually has other symptoms such as high fever, coughing, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell. Since you are young, it is very unlikely for you to have a symptomatic covid-19. Your back pain is probably caused by heavy lifting, pulling, or pushing. If you start to have other symptoms, PLEASE contact your primary physician.
