“Can I eat before my wisdom tooth removal?”
I am having wisdom tooth pulled tomorrow. Is it okay to eat before the extraction?

If you are being put to sleep, you should not eat anything for 8 to 10 hours prior to appointment time. If you are having local anesthetic, try not to eat anything for 2 hours before and make it a light meal.
Yes. Unless you are planning on having general anesthesia. If so, no eating/drinking for 8 hours before.
If it is under local anesthesia yes, you can eat. If it's under general anesthesia, you cannot eat 8 hours before the procedure.
If you are going to be sedated for the extraction, then you do not need to eat. If you are not being sedated and are just being “numbed,” then you can eat.
I hope that helps.

It should be, but I am saying that because it will depend on the anesthesia you are getting. Your dentist should have given you some pre-op instructions if they want you to do anything different than what you normally do. You should contact your dentist to determine what they think is best. For instance, if you are supposed to fast and you don't then there is a good chance the procedure will be postponed.

You should discuss this with your surgeon. If you are receiving a general anesthetic (you will be put to sleep) for the procedure, then there are strict guidelines regarding eating and drinking prior to surgery. However, to be absolutely certain, you should contact your surgeon.

Unless you have been instructed otherwise, it is perfectly fine to eat before your wisdom tooth extraction.
