Depends on the nerve and the length of damage. You might need a nerve study to find out. Mostly, nerves are very slow in regeneration, so it is a very lengthy process.
Unfortunately nerves are very difficult to fix after damage. If they are causing a lot of pain can remove certain nerves in the foot but do deal with numbness afterwards.
Very unlikely surgically.
It depends how severe the nerve damage is. There are various levels of nerve damage from neuropraxia to neurotmesis to axonotmesis. If there is a simple nerve compression, the compression needs to be addressed. If there is actual separation of the nerve fibers, this may prove more difficult to repair. A proper evaluation is a key staring point.
Nerve damage can sometimes repair itself, if the nerve has not been completely severed. I recommend you be evaluated by a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) to determine if recovery is possible
Yes, nerve damage can be repaired but it is dependent upon the type of nerve damage and the original cause.
Nerve damage and nerve pain are difficult things to evaluate, to treat, and it really depends what the cause of your never 'damage' is. If a nerve is lacerated, it can not be repaired unless it is done very quickly after an injury. But there are many other kinds of 'damage' and nerve injuries. Your question is not specific enough to give a clear answer
