Can spinal anesthesia cause nerve pain?

I am a 27 year old female. I wonder if spinal anesthesia can cause nerve pain?

Yes, if not done correctly .
This is very rare to have any lasting effects from a spinal anesthetic, but there are documented cases of this happening.

Very unlikely. A complication like that would be caused by an impurity of the injected solution and the pharmaceutical.companies are highly regulated so as to prevent this.
It would be very rare for a spinal block to cause nerve damage. It is advisable to avoid NSAIDs for ~10-14 days to decrease the risk of potential epidural hematoma (expanding blood clot) which could compress a spinal nerve.
It's not common. But there are cases of patients who develop neural pain after spinal block. And could be for months.
