“Can teeth fall out from Invisalign?”
I am a 28 year old female. I want to know if teeth can fall out from Invisalign?

Teeth can fall out for a number of reasons, including infection, bone loss, and periodontal disease. Please see your dentist at least 2 times per year to help maintain your oral health care.
I guess it's possible if X-rays were not taken before treatment. If the tooth had very little bone support moving, it could cause it to fall out. This is why a proper work-up and exam, including X-rays should be completed before any treatment begins. Teeth also loosen during ortho treatment. The Invisalign tray keeps the tooth in place. If during treatment the tray was removed and hard chewing was done, it could possibly fall out.
No, teeth cannot fall out from Invisalign. That being said, one of the things I respect about the Invisalign system is that it requires a dentist to do an evaluation before beginning treatment. The dentist will be sure to collect enough data to see that the bone is healthy enough before beginning treatment. They will direct movements that will not compromise the bone and gum health of the teeth being moved. And the movements are so predictable, gentle and safe that they do not cause root or bone loss like some of the older wire and bracket orthodontic systems did.
It you have periodontal infection in gums or decay in your teeth, then that has to be treated by your dentist first. Invisalign can be provided if all teeth and gums are healthy and won't cause loss of teeth.
Absolutely. Without the proper supervision, there can be devastating consequences to the health of your teeth and gums. That’s why it is so important to have constant supervision by a dentist throughout treatment.

Only if they're not healthy to begin with! Be sure to have a comprehensive check up and X-rays prior to starting any Invisalign or other clear aligner treatment.
Invisalign should not cause teeth to fall out. The only reason that teeth might “fall out” while undergoing orthodontic movement would be if the teeth were already in a state of severe periodontal disease ( meaning a large amount of bone loss)
It depends on the periodontal condition of the teeth but, in a healthy patient with healthy dentition teeth should not fall out.
