Can you move your elbow if it's dislocated?

I am a 33 year old male. I want to know if I can move my elbow if it's dislocated?

The evaluation and assessment of a Dislocation is an emergency issue and should be seen in an Urgent care or ER. Follow up can be done in an office setting.
I recommend having a chiropractor put it back in place to ensure injury does not worsen. Because the elbow is only partially dislocated, the bones can spontaneously relocate and the joint may appear fairly normal. The elbow will usually move fairly well, but there may be pain. There may be bruising on the inside and outside of the elbow where ligaments may have been stretched or torn.
If you’re not sure, you should definitely get it looked at by a physician.
Hello,

Most likely you will not be able to move it, it's a hinge joint which will make it difficult to move, if dislocated.

Thank you,

Yes, you can.

A dislocated elbow will likely not move without severe pain. Dislocation of the elbow usually is caused from traumatic hyperextension.
if your elbow is truly dislocated you need to go to the hospital, however if it is misaligned a chiropractor may be able to help you!
