Pink eye which is usually a viral conjunctivitis is bee contagious. Anything you touch will have virus on it for up to a week. So, anything you touch like computers or cell phones doorknobs or bathroom handles need to be rubbed down with alcohol or Lysol or any cleansing device that kills virus and bacteria. If you can be isolated to a single place like desk work and you wash your hands a lot and wipe down anything you touch with the Lysol or rubbing alcohol. If you are essential at work and you explain it to your boss and he agrees you could go. When the discharge and redness disappear, you are no longer contagious
Yes, if you can see well and it feels comfortable.
