“Chronic itch after bath only?”
I have faced unbearable itchy like something putting thrones in my body especially my body back part. I used mild hot water but no luck. There is no spot while itching. itchy only active after a bath. I have not used any soap or other chemical washer because it increases the problem.

It sounds like you suffer from atopic dermatitis. Try short, cool showers with mild soap like dove. Apply eucerin or cereve lotion all over your body, especially on itchy areas, right after you towel dry.
