I'm feeling bloated and my last period was April 18, I was last intimate in March. I didn't take any pills being intimate.

Yes, home pregnancy tests are very accurate.
Well, the answer to "could you be pregnant?" will always be "yes" unless you never had intercourse. There is one super easy way to find out: Buy a home pregnancy test. They are reasonably priced and are extremely accurate!!!

Most women not on birth control are going to skip one to two cycles a year. The bloating can be from you getting ready to start your cycle.
