I have recently visited a hospital and in reports it shows that I am CRP positive.

CRP is non-specific inflammation enzyme. It can be increased in people who are just sick.
CRP is the common abbreviation for C-reactive protein - an unspecific measure of an inflammatory process in the body. The meaning is not someting to worry about, unless you have other problems that need attending to. You need to consutl a healthcare provider to get an interpretation of youu lab results.
