“Do I have appendicitis or gas?”
I cannot determine if I should go to the ER because of some bad abdomen pain, back pain, nausea, etc. I don’t know if it is appendicitis or gas. My entire stomach has a lot of pressure on it and it hurts to move. I’ve tried laying on my stomach to try and relieve gas if it’s that but in the last 5 hours nothing has happened.

It doesn't sound like appendicitis because that usually causes pain in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen. If it hurts to move though, then you should be evaluated, but not necessarily at an ER, which incurs great expense. An urgent care or PCP office might suffice.
