I am a 26 year old female and I get tired during my period. Do periods make you tired?

Mildy tired yes. If very tired you could be anemic.
Yes. The change in hormones is the reason.
Periods by themselves, no. If you have heavy bleeding and become anemic, that's what would make you tired.
