Does gum sensitivity ever go away?

I am a 32 year old female. I have always dealt with gum sensitivity. Does gum sensitivity ever go away?

Gum sensitivity can heal ..usually spicy foods can cause gin irritation so avoid these types of food. Anti-bacterial mouthrinses can help as well.
There are many ways to treat gum sensitivity so yes it can go away with the proper health.
