Ear efussion?

I had a slight injury however after being evaluated the doctor did not see any major injury so what they did was gave me an antibiotic. Now when I put ear oil or something I can hear but when it dries up my hearing is clogged again.i also have fluid behind and my upper region of the ear towards the temple when I bend over and it liquidy inside it will open but a few minutes later it blocks back up. I know there is fluid in there and wax because when it's completely dry I can not hear and when I try to kind like suck it out with an irrigator bulb I just dry and gluey like (impossible) also when I put peroxide in which I stopped I don't want to do that too often but when I do I can hear crazy crackling as soon as I come into contact with the wax stuck in the front upper region of my ear it loosens up I can hear the hole sound....but when it drys and clog I can only hear out of the bottom part of my ear (not in whole. so I know I did not lose my hearing I just can't get that fluid to dry completely up. also it the liquid is like a slimy snot mucus and it been drying on and off.

I recommend following up with an ENT.
Hello, I strongly recommend you make an appointment with an Ear nose, and throat physician who has an audiologist on staff or go an audiologist and have them evaluate you it sounds like you may have an infection. Does the effusion have an unpleasant odor? If it does means infection.
This needs to be evaluated again. It may be possible to suction out any debris that may be present.

Sir, it appears you have an ongoing medical issue that is not resolving over 60 days. I would strongly advise you to make an appointment with an ear nose and throat doctor at your earliest convenience.
Sounds like you need to see an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist ASAP. They should be able to get that figured out for you.
