This is such a common issue in the third trimester. Your joints are supposed to be getting looser to allow for a better birth experience, but you're carrying an extra person around and need more stability. I'd suggest trying a pregnancy SI belt to see if you get pain relief. You would notice it in short order if it helps.
Consider prenatal yoga, swimming, walking, or gentle stretching exercises to alleviate leg pain. Elevate your legs when resting and wear supportive shoes. Always consult your doctor before starting any new exercise routine to ensure safety for both you and your baby. Stay hydrated and take breaks as needed.
Good evening, May I ask what kind of pain youre experiencing? Any numbness/tingling, sharp pain, and/or your legs swollen?
Hi,

It’s probably from increased fluid levels in your legs due to Pregnancy. Please get yourself a wedge pillow and have your legs elevated on them. It will help decrease swelling and eventually pain will get better. If this doesn’t work, we can treat your leg pain with PT.

Aside from bending your hips, knees and ankles, your best bet is to schedule an evaluation with a physical therapist to properly address your concerns.
It is hard to provide exercise prescriptions without performing an initial evaluation. It's important to see a physical therapist to determine if the pain is truly musculoskeletal in nature. There are always concerns during a pregnancy of insufficient vein performance. I recommend that you consult with your OB GYN and physical therapist.
