I am extremely tall and now I feel like my back is hunching forward. What should I be doing about it?

If you feel its getting worse, then see and Orthopaedic Doctor. Most likely its just a posture issue.
Exercise to improve your extension. Use proper posture. An x-ray will be helpful to rule out structural abnormalities.

Some conditions of the spine, such as what you described, can be genetic. Some can be acquired through advancing age. I would recommend a bone density study from your general position. I would also get a set of X-rays and see a spine specialist. Iām confident you will get the exclamation answers you require.
I do not know your age, but at any age, if you think your back is hunching over more, you should have it checked out. It may be something quite simple, or something that requires treatment. Usually, this will require an examination, preferably by an orthopedic surgeon, and an X-ray of the entire spine taken from the side (called a sagittal view).

You need to work on postural exercises. Scapular retraction, abdominal strengthening, and programs like yoga or tai chi will help. If there is a family history of arthritis or autoimmune disorders, you should see your primary care doctor to begin to work these up.
