Among his most significant achievements is directing the Orthopedic Center of Excellence at Good Samaritan Hospital, which received the area’s first Gold Seal Award from The Joint Commission in 2011 for excellence in total hip and knee replacement. In 2012, he was the TriHealth System winner of the Dr Richard M. Smith Quality and Patient Safety Award for creating and directing the implementation of the "Zero in on Zero" total knee and hip replacement adverse event reducing program.
A volume leader in knee replacement operations in the Tri-State, Dr. Snyder has performed close to 10,000 primary and revision total knee and hip replacement surgeries. He is a tireless champion for safety, excellent surgical outcomes and high patient satisfaction. Dr. Snyder consults with medical device companies to innovate products, and he is an active clinical researcher in joint replacement.
